Two Arrested in Rogers Pot Bust

Two Lowell residents were arrested and more than seven pounds of marijuana were seized during a drug bust in Rogers Monday.

Kahmphay Keomanivong, 34, is charged with three counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and one count of Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance. Nimith Luanglathay, 26, is charged with one count of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and one count of Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms.

As part of the arrests and long-term narcotics investigation, detectives seized more seven pounds of marijuana, approximately six marijuana plants, two firearms, and more $7,000.

Keomanivong and Luanglathay are being held at the Benton County Detention Center.
