Sammye’s Oven Pork Chop Dinner
4-Boneless Pork Chops
1 Tbsp. Raw Rice (or Barley)
4-Medium Potatoes, sliced thin
1 can – Cream of Celery Soup
1 can – Peas with juice
Season Pork Chops with Salt and Pepper to taste.
Brown pork chops quickly in skillet and place in tall baking dish, covering the bottom of the dish.
Sprinkle raw rice over pork chops.
Add Onion (sliced and ring), layer over chops.
Layer sliced potatoes over chops.
Pour peas over the top of the potatoes.
Pour Cream of Celery Soup over all.
Season with Salt and Pepper to taste.
Bake Covered for 1hr-15min at 325 deg.
