CRIMESTOPPERS: Police Ask for Help in Liquor Store Theft

Fort Smith police want the public’s help in identifying two suspects in a theft from Eastside Liquor.

A black man and a white woman entered the store at 9390 Ave., about 10:20 a.m. on June 16. The woman distracted the clerk while the man put several bottles of brandy inside his pants, police said.

The man took the bottles to a vehicle parked outside, came back inside the store and stole at least one more bottle.
