Popular 70s band Three Dog Night will perform Sunday, July 1 at Orchards Park in Bentonville as part of Walmart’s 50th Anniversary Celebration.
The venue opens at 7 p.m. with a performance by local band Uncrowned Kings. Three Dog Night will take the stage around 8:15 p.m., according to Bentonville’s Parks and Recreation Department.
The concert is free and open to the public. A fireworks display will begin after the performances.
Vendors are expected to sell food and drinks at the park. Alcohol is not permitted.
Parks and Rec officials encourage concert goers to bring lawn chairs or blankets to enjoy the night’s festivities.
Popular Three Dog Night songs include Joy to the World, An Old Fashioned Love Song, Eli’s Coming and Mama Told Me (Not to Come).
