Anyone caught discharging consumer fireworks in the City of Bentonville can be issued a citation, according to a news release from Mayor Bob McCaslin’s office.

All displays permitted by the Arkansas State Fire Marshal will be allowed to continue.

The public display on July 4 at Orchards Park will proceed as planned. The show will start at 9:30 pm.
