Man Wanted in Eastern Sequoyah County Thefts

The Sequoyah County sheriff’s office is asking for the public’s help in locating a theft suspect.

A warrant is out for Joshua Lee Abbott.

Authorities say he’s wanted for burglary and several thefts in the eastern part of the county.

He’s driving a green, 1997-1999 Chevrolet pickup with an extended cab and possibly a fake license plate.

Anyone with information is asked to call the sheriff’s office.
