Driver Tells Police He Had 10 Beers, Tequila, Marijuana Before Fatal Boat Crash

The 10-year-old Springdale Cal Ripken district and state champions went 9-0 outscoring their opponents this year, 131-9.
They qualified for the Cal Ripken World Series August 10-17 in Bentonville.
