Michael Sabraw, 41, of Springdale, arrested on rape and battery charges is out on a $50,000 bond.
Rogers Police arrested him Friday for allegedly having sexual contact with a 12-year-old girl. Sabraw is facing charges of rape, sexual assault, and domestic battery.
He bonded out of jail on Sunday, according to police.
