Tammy Lynn Requa of 906 W. Holly St. in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday after selling narcotic pills to a confidential informant, according to  preliminary report from Prosecuting Attorney John Threet’s office.

Requa’s arrest came after a 60-day investigation by the Fourth Judicial District Drug Task Force into her involvement in trafficking pharmaceutical drugs in Northwest Arkansas, the report states.

The task force is comprised of law enforcement agencies in Benton and Washington counties.

On one occasion a confidential informant using task force money and wearing a listening and recording device bought 10 narcotic pills from Requa, the report states.

Fayetteville police arrested the 29-year-old Requa after the confidential informant identified her from a photograph. She was booked into the Washington County Detention Center.
