The Fan Zone opened its gates around 3 p.m. Saturday at the Gardens on Razorback Road at the University of Arkansas campus in Fayetteville.
There was a pep rally, which brought out the Razorback Marching Band and the Spirit Squad. There's live entertainment featuring Chester P and the Vinyl Kings.
People of all ages were taking advantage of the AT&T Fan Zone where there’s everything from inflatable games for kids, TVs, food, drinks and much more.
"Honestly, it's the comradery," fan D.J. Koopman said. "Getting out and being around friends that I haven't seen in a long time. It's truly a time to kick back and let the kids run around, be able to enjoy some good BBQ, good food, good festive environment."
The interactive fan zone is free to the public, and it’s not too late to be part of the festivities.
