No. 9 Southside is at No. 4 Har-Ber Friday after knocking off three time state 6A champion El Dorado last week. For the first time in what seems like years, only half of the top five are comprised from teams in the 7A-West.

The Bulldogs are in their first season in 6A but a pair of wins by four scores or more have vaulted Greenwood to the top. Rick Jones’ team won the past two 5A titles before making the leap to 6A this season.

Ozark is coming off convincing wins against both Booneville and Gravette. Charleston scored 52 points against No. 33 Gentry last week.
