Hot Ham and Cheese Cocktail Sandwiches

1 (12 ct) package Hawaiian Sweet Dinner Rolls
1/2 pound ham, shaved
8 oz swiss cheese, sliced (or your favorite cheese)
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 TBSP. Dijon mustard
1 TBSP. dried onion flakes
1 TBSP. poppy seed
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Stuff rolls with ham and cheese.  Place in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
Mix together butter, mustard, onion flakes, poppy seed and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour over stuffed rolls in pan.
Cover with foil.  Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bake 20 minutes, or until hot.

Makes 12 Sandwiches.
NOTE:  These are hot and hearty mini sandwiches, that can be made the night before the big game. A nice appetizer for cocktail parties, or baby or wedding showers.

Loaded Ranch Baked Potato Dip

16 oz sour cream
1-1 oz package of Ranch Dip Mix
16 slices (12 oz) bacon, cooked and crumbled
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded about 2 cups
1/3 cup green onions, thinly sliced

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving to allow flavors to melt together.

Garnish with extra shredded cheese, crumbled bacon and green onions, if desired. Serve with your favorite chips or crisps.

Dip can be kept one week in refrigerator.

Makes 4 cups.
