Fort Smith Police are looking for a dangerous man wanted in Kansas who they say ran from a Sequoyah County sheriff's deputy Friday morning.
Police are looking for Allan David Ruboyianes, 27, last seen running from the area of 616 Garrison Avenue around 10 a.m. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a grey T-shirt with the sleeves cut off.
Ruboyianes is wanted in Kansas for a probation violation, in which the original charges were burglary and felony theft.
His girlfriend was last seen behind R. Landry's New Orleans Cafe. She was wearing a pink tank top and carrying a brown hoodie with her.
Police say the two were trying to get a license plate tag for a Green Mazda 626, but police are unsure if they will be driving it.
