Woman Hospitalized In I-540 Motorcycle Wreck In Rogers

A woman was hospitalized late Friday afternoon in a motorcycle crash on Interstate 540 in Rogers.

Traffic backed up in the southbound lane and was narrowed to one lane because of the wreck. Several cars and motorcycles stopped to help, as Judith Ryals was put into an ambulance in a stretcher.

Rogers Emergency Medical Services responded to the scene with the ambulance.

A motorcycle lay on its side next to the road, although it is unclear whether it was Ryals’.

Ryals’ motorcycle was the only vehicle involved in the crash. Her condition is unknown at this time.

The crash was the second motorcycle wreck of the day on the interstate with an injury. A man was airlifted to a head trauma specialist in Springdfield, Mo., Friday morning after his face collided with the back of a flatbed pickup truck.
