The local Drug Task Force was investigating Tilly for suspicion of trafficking marijuana in Northwest Arkansas. A confidential informant bought marijuana from Tilly on three occasions while wearing a surveillance device, according to a preliminary report from the Washington County Detention Center.

The task force searched Tilly’s home and found three children, ages 8, 10 and 15. Authorities also found 204 grams of marijuana, morphine pills, plastic baggies, a digital scale and an undisclosed amount of cash, the report states.
