Police Find Missing Girl, Take Accused Felon Father Into Custody

A missing Missouri girl is safe after police say they found the child with her father, an accused felon.

Authorities located Jazmine Service and released her to the state late Monday. Alma police had been looking for the 5-year-old girl since early afternoon.

Gregory Service, the girl’s father, was transferred to Missouri law enforcement to face previous felony charges of two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor, police said.

Police said Jazmine Service went missing around 2:45 p.m. Monday, when she was last seen walking south with her father on Highway 71 and Highway 64.
