Air evacuation crews responded to Arkansas Highway 112 in reference to a one-vehicle crash near Lodge Drive, just east of Garfield.

The driver was temporarily trapped in the truck, but was freed and transported by an ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Rogers, according to a Benton County Emergency Management administrator.
