Suspected Burglar Found Hiding in Woods

A Springdale man was arrested early Tuesday morning after police say he broke into a local business.

Jason Wilkinson, 35, is charged with commercial burglary, theft of property and criminal mischief.

Officers responded to a commercial burglary alarm at Mobile Marine Repair on N. Thompson just before midnight Monday, according to a police report. While checking the area, the officer found that a door had been broken into.

The officer heard a noise coming from a wooded area near the business and found Wilkinson hiding, the report states.

Wilkinson had a digital camera which belonged to the business. Officers also found his vehicle nearby, according to police.
