A small boy suffered minor injuries after a car hit him off of Oriole Street in Springdale late Thursday afternoon.

Two Northwest Arkansas children have been hospitalized following pedestrian accidents in the last month. Megan Zandra Davis, 17, was struck by a school bus in Bentonville on Oct. 4 shortly after classes let out for the day. Geddon Kennedy, 12, was hit by an SUV on Oct. 18 while running between cars on a street in Bentonville, according to police.
Both students were airlifted to Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Mo. As of earlier this week, Davis was in good condition and Kennedy was in fair condition, according to a hospital public relations official.
