A car partially smashed through a wall at a Family Dollar store in Siloam Springs Tuesday (Nov. 13), but no one was injured in the incident, a store employee and authorities said.

Ashley Collins, assistant manager, said he was the only employee in the store at about 1:50 p.m. when the car crashed into the section where women’s undergarments are displayed. The store is on Highway 412 East.

Collins said he was 25 to 30 feet away from the car, which looked like a Honda Civic, when it crashed into the store. He could hear the driver speaking but could not tell what she was saying, he said. Collins said the driver was a woman who looked to be in her 40s.

Emergency responders said the driver was uninjured. It was unclear Tuesday evening whether the driver would be cited for a traffic violation.
