The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigations is investigating after a Sequoyah County man’s body was found, according to Sequoyah Co. Sheriff Ron Lockhart.
Lockhart says a man was found dead in Sequoyah County, but did not give an exact location of as to where the death occurred. He said the man appears to have been “deceased for awhile.”
Authorities have not released the cause of the man’s death at this time, but Lockhart says the death does not appear to be suspicious and appeared to be from natural causes.
