“Surely there’s something you can do for us,” said Daren to Gabby.
Gabby says you’ll feel the burn more quickly by using an exercise ball. In this 5NEWS Fit, Daren does three sets of 20 upper body exercises with 10 pound weights.
For cardio that’s easy on aching knees, Gabby recommends swimming or using an elliptical machine.
