All 5NEWS Team: Small School Offense

The first ALL-5NEWS High School Football Team is being reveal with four different categories; 7A/6A/5A Offense, 7A/6A/5A Defense, 4A/3A/2A Offense, 4A/3A/2A Defense.

Here is the All-5NEWS 4A/3A/2A and Oklahoma Offensive Team:

Player of the Year: Dayton Winn, Pea RidgeWinn rushed for more than 2,100 yards and 21 touchdown leading the Blackhawks to a 10 win season.

Quarterback: Ty Storey, Charleston – The sophomore broke every school record as he threw for just under 4,400 yards with 48 touchdowns and added seven scores rushing.

Running Back: Weston Bartholomew, Prairie Grove – The running back led a dominant rushing attack to the state semifinals and a 12-1 overall record.

Tight End: Austin Cantrell, Roland – Big target made plays on both sides of ball for Rangers and helped team win playoff game for first time in more than 30 years.

Wide Receiver: Spencer Boudrey, Farmington – Cardinals big play threat helped team reach the playoffs and averaged more than 27 points per game.

Wide Receiver: Evan Fincher, Cedarville – Utility player did it all for Pirates. Fincher made big plays in kicking game, as a receiver and out of the backfield. Was also named 3A-4 back of the year.

Offensive Line: Blake Roughton, Pea Ridge – Named to the all-state team and was anchor of line that paved way for a 2,100 yard rusher and a team that won double digit games.

Offensive Line: Marcus Adams, Gravette – Lions played in a brutal conference but helped open holes against some of the best 4A defenses in the state.

Offensive Line: Jacob Kahl, Prairie Grove – Named to the all-state team and helped a bruising rushing attack reach the state semifinals.

Offensive Line: Jared Murphy, Prairie Grove – Like Kahl, also named to the all-state team and helped players like Bartholomew run through opposing defenses.

Offensive Line: Hayden Carlton, Lamar – Helped first year coach Josh Jones reach the playoffs and be competitive in the always tough 3A-4. Was also named to the all-state team.
