Over the past three days the Fort Smith Convention Center has been hosting the Flame Gymnastics Winter Invitational.  Gymnasts ranging from ages five to eighteen participated in the competition.

The meet was extremely competitive, but also very fun.  "Over 80% of children quit an activity because it stops being fun," said Flame Gymnastics Owner Dan Beam.  "We want our kids to be competitive, but at the same time we want to keep it fun and light so they enjoy the sport and stay with it until the upper levels."

The competition was an overall success and every gymnast left the convention center a winner in some way.
