A Springdale woman was killed Monday morning when she fell asleep and crashed into a parked car, according to police.
Police said Wendy Brown, 58, suffered from a medical condition and lost consciousness while driving at Eastwood Apartments in Springdale. Her vehicle collided with an unoccupied parked car, killing Brown.
Brown was transported to Northwest Medical Center in Springdale, where she was pronounced dead, according to Springdale police. No one else was hurt in the fatal crash.
