Photos Show Armed Man Shopping at JCPenney

Facebook photos of a man armed with a rifle shopping at a JCPenney in Utah are getting a lot of attention.

According to our sister station KSTU, Cindy Yorgason took the photos on Wednesday and posted them on her Facebook profile, the same day President Barack Obama unveiled his gun control measures.

Openly carrying weapons in Utah is legal, however some stores have rules against it.

Officials at the Riverdale store told KSTU they are investigating the incident.
