Suspected Shoplifter Wanted After Scuffle with Employee
Fort Smith police are looking for a shoplifting suspect.
The man was involved in a scuffle with a JCPenney employee who received minor injuries on Dec. 22, 2012, and another incident on Dec. 14.
The suspect is described as a white man, between 25-35 years of age.
The suspect is believed to be driving a black, early to mid-2000 model Lexus RX300 with paper tags.
