Have one beef sirloin steak to show and to begin to cut, have a bowl with the final product completely cut up. Pre-measure the garlic and crushed red pepper add to the bowl of beef.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Stir fry meat, in batches, 1 to 2 minutes or until meat is barely pink in center. Transfer to plate; set aside.
Add oil to a wok or large skillet, stir fry the meat and set aside.
Add carrots and celery to skillet; stir fry 2 minutes. Return meat to skillet. In a small bowl; combine Asian dressing, hoisin sauce, soy sauce and cornstarch. Whisk together.
Have carrots and celery pre-cut in individual glass bowls or on plates. Place meat in skillet. Have Asian dressing, hoisin sauce, soy sauce and cornstarch pre-measured. Whisk together in a bowl.
Add dressing mixture to meat in skillet and stir fry 1 to 2 minutes until sauce is slightly thickened. Stir in green onions.
Show adding the sauce mixture into the skillet. Present the finished product over long-grain rice. Talk about the cooking tip below.
Serve with hot cooked long-grain rice.

Tips: CUTTING BEEF STRIPS- Freeze the steak 30 minutes before cutting it into strips. The firmer the steak will be easier to cut.
