Numerous Crime Stoppers tips helped identify two young men accused of using stolen debit/credit cards and forged checks to make purchases in Fort Smith.
Cody Ray Dylan Parks, 21, of Fort Smith, was arrested on seven counts of breaking or entering, one count of forgery, and two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card. He is currently being held at the Sebastian County Detention Center on a $7,500 bond.
Police are seeking an arrest warrant for the second suspect, Michael Osborn, an Oklahoma resident.
The incident happened around Jan. 27, according to police. The checks and credit cards were stolen during a recent vehicle break-in on the north side of the city, police say.
