One Suspect Arrested, Three Wanted in Ulta Theft

One woman has been arrested in connection with a theft at Ulta in on Phoenix Avenue in Fort Smith.

Emma Lee Powell, 25, of Pine Bluff, was arrested during a recent shoplifting complaint, according to police. She was interviewed and connected to a theft that occurred at the cosmetics store on Jan. 24.

Four black women placed more than $4,200 worth of perfumes and boxed gift sets into their purses and ran out of the store.

Powell was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on the charges of Felony – Theft of Property, Parole Violation, and Shoplifting. However, three suspects remain unidentified.

The women are believed to be from the Pine Bluff area.
