1/4 cup onions, chopped
1 TBSP. butter or margarine
2 cups milk
4 oz. (1/2 of 8 oz package) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, cubed
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) Velveeta, cut into cubes
1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked, drained
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp. pepper
Cook and stir onions in butter in medium saucepan on medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Whisk in flour (enough to make a roux) until well blended. Add milk; cook and stir on medium heat 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until melted.
Stir in remaining ingredients; cook 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Serves 6.
