A registered sex offender was arrested on child exploitation and child pornography charges at his Howe home Thursday (March 14).
David Baker, 35, is being held in the LeFlore County Detention Center.
Baker was taken into custody after agents with the Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation and Homeland Security served a warrant at the home located 22534 Mount Pleasant Road, according to Assistant United States Attorney Edward Snow.
The arrest stems from a joint investigation with the OSBI, Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Oklahoma Department of Corrections, Homeland Security and International Customs Enforcement.
