Greenwood Police took a 10-year-old student into custody Friday (March 15) after he allegedly threatened to bring a bomb to Westwood Elementary School.
The child will be charged with threatening with a fire or bomb, a class A misdemeanor, according to Greenwood Police Chief William Dawson.
The child will be taken to the Sebastian County Juvenile Detention Center, Dawson said.
The school was never put on lockdown or evacuated, Dawson said.
