Dale Miller of Panama, Okla., talks about the state record breaking bass he caught at Cedar Lake near Heavener on March 13.
Miller told Mark Goines of Channel 5’s Hooked On Fishin‘ that the bass weighed 14 pounds and 13.7 ounces. The fish was weighed verified with the state and then released back into the lake.
