A long debate between many new parents is whether or nor to breastfeed your child.  The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends breastfeeding instead of using formula.  According to, breast milk provides important nutrients and antibodies to protect your baby.  It is also easier to digets and reduces the risk of Type 1 diabetes.
