The Jones Center in Springdale is one of the many local places where kids can go. From pool time to ice skating, there’s plenty to do.
Families can shoot some hoops on the basketball courts or work out. Dozens of people packed the heated indoor pool Monday (March 18).
"It's a fun place to go with an indoor pool, kids can hang out,” said Jeff Price, a father. “It has a great slide so they have a lot of fun."
The Jones Center is offering a special discount during Spring Break that allows patrons access to the swimming area and skating rink for $3.
"We had hoped for a lot of people and we've seen a lot of people so far,” said Michael Kirk, recreation director. “I guess the weather being a little chilly outside people want to come inside."
