Fort Smith police are working an injury accident involving five vehicles on Towson Avenue and R Street.
The accident happened just before 1 p.m. Friday (March 22), according to a police dispatcher. First responders and police are on the scene.
Only minor injuries were reported.
One lane of traffic had to be closed for about 20 minutes while officers worked the accident.
Drivers are asked to void the area if possible.
