Crews worked to clean up spilled cargo from a truck wreck in Fort Smith Thursday (April 4).

A semi overturned on Savannah Street near the airport a little after 6 a.m. The driver told police his GPS locked up on him, sending him onto the wrong street after he exited Interstate 540 onto Phoenix.

As he was rounding a corner on Savannah, his truck slipped into a ditch and rolled over onto its side.
The street was closed for several hours as crews removed boxes of Dole products from the trailer of his truck so it could be rolled back over onto its wheels.
No one was injured in the wreck.
