The four-day FLW Tour at Beaver Lake has come to an end. Rayovac pro Jason Christie from Park Hill, Okla., took first place and the prize of $125,000.
"It's fantastic especially with this being so close to home," said Christie. "It's just a special feeling being close. I lost here 3 or 4 years ago so to come in here on the last day and win it feels good."
Christie caught 20 bass totaling 61 pounds, 8 ounces, nearly 3 pounds more than second place finisher Shawn Murphy of Nicholasville, Ky. Christie's total was the heaviest weight to ever win at Beaver Lake.
Steven Meador of Bella Vista, won the co-angler division and $25,000 Saturday with a three-day total of 15 bass weighing 32-10.
