A Springdale man faces felony charges after a juvenile girl told police the man had molested her.
Justin Mahn, 38, was booked in the Washington County Detention Center on Saturday morning and was released on a $10,000 bond Saturday afternoon, according to the Sheriff’s Department website. Mahn faces charges of rape by forcible fondling and first-degree sexual assault and has a May 20 court date.
A preliminary police report said the girl was interviewed by investigators with the Arkansas State Police on Friday at the Children’s Safety Center. The girl told investigators Mahn penetrated her anally with his finger until it felt like “a needle,” the report said.
The girl told investigators Mahn would tickle her vagina, the report said. The report said Mahn and the juvenile would take baths together, and he would have her hold his penis like it was a game controller and she would cover his urethra exit with her thumb like she was “killing aliens,” the report said.
The report said Springdale officers found Mahn “very deceptive” and he didn’t answer their questions after being read his Miranda rights. The officer said he asked Mahn how the allegations might affect the girl, and Mahn replied that he was “not a psychiatrist,” the report said.
