Pilot Killed in Faulkner County Crash

Authorities responded to a plane crash in Faulkner County, Ark., just after 11 a.m. Monday (April 22).

According to Arkavalley Airport manager Bill Hooten, the pilot of the plane, who was the only person on board, was killed in the crash, THV 11 reports.

The crash happened at the Arkavalley Airport on Hwy. 287 just outside of Springhill and south of Greenbrier in Faulkner County. The FAA says it was a single-engine plane.
