Fort Smith Police are looking for a woman accused of taking money from a car parked at Pic-N-Tote on Phoenix Avenue Monday (April 29).
Surveillance videos shows the woman opening the victim’s car door and removing an item from the victim’s vehicle around 6 p.m.
The woman is believed to be between the ages of 35 and 45 and driving a white, early to mid 2000, Dodge Caravan.
