A customer at Name Brand Clothing in Springdale cheated a clerk out of $20, according to police.
The man pictured received change from the clerk during a transaction, quickly pocketed $20 then told the clerk he’d been short-changed.
The clerk gave him another $20. The suspect is wanted for theft, according to police.
