Track season has come to an end for schools, but one middle school team in Kent, WA will never forget the past season.

He's not the fastest or the strongest, but Luke Richardson continues to improve and beat the odds. Richardson is autistic. He competes in the 100 meter dash and shot put with his team, who is cheering for him every step of the way.

"It's inspiring to see the growth he's made," said track coach Jeff Kuolt.

For Luke, it's a game. Each meet he's a different cartoon character, like the Road Runner. Coach Kuolt is the coyote chasing after him.

"I just hope it can continue," said Richardson's mom. "It's so nice to have good days like this."
