Two people were hospitalized Wednesday night in Benton County after the vehicle they were traveling in crashed into a power pole, knocking it over.
Arkansas State Police and emergency crews responded to the scene of the wreck, on Arkansas Highway 43, west of Gentry. A power pole was struck and knocked over in the one-vehicle crash, although there have been no reported power outages, according to state police.
