Springdale police are searching for two men connected to a convenience store robbery from over the weekend.

Officers responded Sunday morning at about 5:49 a.m. to a reported robbery at the White Oak Station on Old Missouri Road in Springdale, police said.

The store’s manager told police he had just finished the bank deposit and was leaving the store with the bank bag, when he was struck on the head. Two men allegedly took the bank bag, along with the manager’s wallet. An unknown amount of money was taken, and the manager sustained a minor injury to his head, according to the Springdale Police Department.

Police said the suspects are described as Hispanic males of unknown ages. One was between five-foot-six and five-foot-10 and wore gray shorts and a blue hooded jacket, police said. He may be between 150 and 160 pounds.

The second suspect is described as wearing a dark-colored shirt.

Anyone with any information on the case is encouraged to call the Springdale Police Department Criminal Investigation Division at 479-750-8139.
