The Oxford English Dictionary added new words to the latest edition. The words were added Wednesday and include:
- twerk
- selife
- digital detox
- unlike
- fomo
The latest words added show the increasing importance of technology and social media. Published reports show the Oxford Dictionary has been around for nearly 150 years and adds around 1,000 words to its online version yearly.
