Investigators have identified the body found on the Northeastern State University campus in Tahlequah, Okla., over the weekend.
The man was positively identified as 48-year-old Anthony George Scott of Tahlequah Monday, according to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation. His death is being investigated as "suspicious," Jessica Brown with the OSBI said.
Scotts body was found inside a vehicle parked near the football stadium around 4:15 p.m., Sunday (September 8). Medical crews arrived on scene and determined the man was dead.
The OSBI is expected to provide more information on the man's cause of death after an autopsy report comes back from the state medical examiner's office.
