Small Aircraft Veers Off Runway In Rogers
A small, twin-engine aircraft taxied a few feet off the runway into the grass at the Rogers Municipal Airport when the plane experienced brake problems Friday (Sept. 13), an airport official said.
There were no injuries in the 12:15 p.m. incident, said David Krutsch, airport manager. Because there were no injuries and there was no damage to the aircraft or airport facilities, the Federal Aviation Administration doesn’t require it to be reported, he said.
The pilot, whose name was not immediately available, was apparently alone in the Cessna 310, Krutsch said.
