Two Arkansans and a Texas man who each pleaded guilty to drug charges have been sentenced to federal prison.

U.S. Attorney Conner Eldridge says Kyle Alexander and Christopher Randolph – both of Bethel Heights – were sentenced to nine years after pleading guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. Eldridge says Noe Tovias of San Benito, Texas was sentenced to 12 years after pleading guilty to possession of more than 50 grams of meth with intent to distribute.

Court records say officers had a home in Springdale owned by Tovias under surveillance when Alexander and Randolph arrived on February 19th, went inside, then left. Alexander and Randolph were later stopped for a traffic violation and police say they found about two pounds of meth in their vehicle.
